Atlanta Business Chronicle – Top 25 Real Estate Companies: In March 2017, PalmerHouse Properties was ranked #10 in the Top 25 Real Estate Companies by Sales Volume in Atlanta by Atlanta Business Chronicle. PalmerHouse Properties closed over $1.32 billion in sales and sold more than 5,200 homes during 2016. PalmerHouse Properties has been ranked in the Top 25 Firms for the last 6 years, increasing in the rankings each year.
Inc. Magazine’s Inc. 500 Award: Between 2011 – 2014, PalmerHouse was the recipient of Inc. Magazine’s Inc. 500 Award as one of the fastest growing, privately held companies in the United States. Most recently, Inc. Magazine recognized PalmerHouse as being the 8th fastest growing privately held real estate company in America.
Atlanta Business Chronicle’s PaceSetter Award: Between 2010 – 2014, PalmerHouse Properties was honored with the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Pacesetter Award as one of the fastest growing, privately-held companies in Georgia. In 2012, PalmerHouse Properties’ sales volume was a little more than $181.3 million and in 2013 the company increased that by 94 percent with a sales volume of more than $351.7 million. PalmerHouse Properties credits this growth to the return of a brisk real estate market, a talented army of agents and its corporate culture.
Atlanta Business Chronicle ‘s Best Places To Work Award: 2012-2014, PalmerHouse Properties was awarded as one of top 100 companies with the “Best Places to Work” Award. In 2015, PalmerHouse Properties was ranked #1 Best Place to Work in Atlanta. Each year, the Atlanta Business Chronicle surveys metro area employees to learn about The Best Places To Work in Atlanta. More than 300 companies and organizations were nominated and more than 18,000 employees participated in the surveys. Only 100 companies are recognized as being one of the Best Places to Work.
ABC ‘s “Shark Tank” Barbara Corcoran: PalmerHouse Properties was recognized at the 2012 national chamber of commerce conference in Chicago by Barbara Corcoran, real estate entrepreneur, business consultant and television personality best known for the ABC TV show, Shark Tank. Ms. Corcoran compared the success and rapid growth of PalmerHouse Properties to her own real estate business, which she started with a $1,000 loan and parlayed into a five-billion-dollar empire. Ms. Corcoran recently sold her real estate business of 800 agents for $55 million.
