* Our Transaction Plan is 4-tiered: gross commissions up to $5,000, the transaction fee is $295; gross commissions from $5,001 to $7,500 the transaction fee is $349; gross commissions from $7,501 to $10,000, the transaction fee is $399; and gross commissions over $10,001 the transaction fee is $449.00. The most you will pay in transaction fees is $6,000.

For All Plans: There are no office fees, no franchise fees, no required board fees, no processing fees, no accounting fees, and no technology fees. FMLS transaction fees of .0012% apply to all plans if the listing is posted in an FMLS compulsory area. GAMLS is available for $25 per month, but is not required.


Low $6,000 Agent Annual Commission Cap

At PalmerHouse, you can’t pay us more than $6,000 in commissions or transaction fees! We have one of the lowest annual caps in the Industry.

Other Transactions

Leases: Lease transaction fees are $100. (However, if you’re representing the tenant, leases that are handled as referrals to the listing broker are 10%, with a $50 minimum.)

Referrals: If you refer a buyer or seller to another brokerage (in or out of state) and earn a referral fee, the split is 90/10.

Commercial: The commission split is 95/5 with an annual cap of $15,000, which includes splits paid on residential sales.

Teams: PalmerHouse works with Team Principals to structure a program that works for their individual business model.

The process to join is easy!If your license is active, just ask your current Broker to “release” you. Submit your Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) and we’ll have the GREC reassign you to PalmerHouse. We can do this on-line and within minutes.

If your license is inactive, the transfer may require a GREC change application. Just call us: we can tell you if a paper change is needed.
