PALMERHOUSE PROPERTIES is an Atlanta-based, residential and commercial real estate brokerage. Founded in 2006, we had one objective in mind: To create an agency where real estate professionals can express their creativity and succeed as entrepreneurs.

PalmerHouse has grown to over 2,250 Agents and Realtors® during one of the worst real estate markets in history. On March 10, 2021, we announced our affiliation with HomeSmart International, the nations 5th largest brokerage.  HomeSmart has over 22,000 agents nationwide and operates in 37 states.  Although we are now a part of the HomeSmart family, PalmerHouse Properties will continue to operate in Georgia under the PalmerHouse brand, operation, staff, brokers and offices.  For us, it’s business as usualbut we now have access to more systems, tools and resources for our agents.

Commission splits are decided by the Team Principals based on their business model. The Team builds it and PalmerHouse will support it!

$6,000 commission cap for agents in Metro-Atlanta.
$7,500 commission cap for agents in North Georgia, Central Georgia, South Georgia, Florida and Missouri

We understand and appreciate how much hard work goes into creating a brand and image in a community. PalmerHouse supports owners, brokers and teams in maintaining their identity by allowing them to market under their existing name and logos. We believe that brand awareness can only reinforce and support the success of our agents. PalmerHouse is only identified to the extent that it is required by the Real Estate Commission.

No Franchise Fees, No Advertising Fees, No Technology Fees, No Corporate Fees:

Our goal is to support the real estate entrepreneur. We do that without taking more of your hard-earned money through franchise fees, corporate fees, or technology fees. Any technology that we develop is shared with our partners – that’s what win-win is all about. Through a partnership with Brokers and Team Leaders, we have successfully developed and implemented a business model that is based on their needs and goals. We have worked with Brokers transferring from varying real state organizations, including Coldwell Banker, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Re/MAX, Harry Norman, Keller Williams, Century 21, and Solid Source, as well as privately-owned agencies needing a stronger back office team to support their agents.

Inc. Magazine’s Inc. 500 Award: Between 2011 – 2014, PalmerHouse was the recipient of Inc. Magazine’s Inc. 500 Award as one of the fastest growing, privately held companies in the United States. ABC ‘s “Shark Tank” Barbara Corcoran: PalmerHouse Properties was recognized at the 2012 national chamber of commerce conference in Chicago by Barbara Corcoran, real estate entrepreneur, business consultant and television personality best known for the ABC TV show, Shark Tank. Ms. Corcoran compared the success and rapid growth of PalmerHouse Properties to her own real estate business, which she started with a $1,000 loan and parlayed into a five-billion-dollar empire. Ms. Corcoran recently sold her real estate business of 800 agents for $55 million.
