At PalmerHouse, you can’t pay us more than $7,500 in commissions or transaction fees! We have one of the lowest annual caps in the Industry.

Leases: Lease transaction fees are $100. (However, if you’re representing the tenant, leases that are handled as referrals to the listing broker are 10%, with a $50 minimum.)
Referrals: If you refer a buyer or seller to another brokerage (in or out of state) and earn a referral fee, the split is 90/10.
Commercial: The commission split is 80/20 with an annual cap of $15,000, which includes splits paid on residential sales.
Teams: PalmerHouse works with Team Principals to structure a program that works for their individual business model.

The process to join is easy!If your license is active, just ask your current Broker to “release” you. Submit your Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) and we’ll have the GREC reassign you to PalmerHouse. We can do this on-line and within minutes.
If your license is inactive, the transfer may require a GREC change application. Just call us: we can tell you if a paper change is needed.
